**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Content ideation as per the strategy + development of written content for digital platforms.
- Research + keeping up-to-date with latest developments and trends in the arts.
- Working with editors, writers, designers and marketing strategists to produce content for the AF brand.
- Working with project managers + strategists and designers to create content for client projects.
- Innovative content ideation and execution - in line with current trends and brand goals + identity.
- Understanding of keyword strategies, content trends, and consumer behaviour.
- Ensuring consistency across all digital content, from websites to social media channels.

**Skills**:

- Familiar and comfortable with content writing for digital platforms and communications.
- Well read, interested in the arts and updated with current affairs in the world and ability to connect them with company content requirements.
- Good research and ideation skills and inputs.
- Streamlined communication and organisational skills.
- Strong sense of accountability, responsibility and proactiveness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Minimum undergraduate degree or more
- 1-2 years of work experience in respective field
- Ability to work remotely full-time | Working hours: Mon-Fri | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM + Alternate Saturdays.
