Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ledger entries (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger).
- Reconcile bank statements monthly.
- Monitor cash flow and petty cash; prepare cash flow statements.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budget preparation, expense forecasting & variance analysis.
- Maintain and update records in accounting software (e.g. Tally / QuickBooks / ERA etc.).
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements (tax returns, filings etc.).
- Support audit processes (internal / external) by preparing schedules, documents etc.
- Liaise with other departments (operations / bookings / vendors) for billing and financial queries or discrepancies.
- Handle vendor / supplier account reconciliations and ensure vendor statements are matched.
- Bookkeeping: tracking expenses, allocations, fixed assets if applicable.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- 1‑3 years of experience in accounting / finance, preferably in travel/tourism / hospitality sector.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in India, including GST, TDS etc.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks or similar).
- Excellent MS Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical skills, ability to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi - verbal and written.
- Ability to work under deadlines; organized and able to multitask.
- Honest, reliable, and strong work ethic.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
