The Event Planner with Exceptional Connections and Planning Expertise is responsible for organizing and executing a wide range of events, leveraging their extensive network and exceptional planning skills to create unforgettable experiences. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event outcomes.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the company to understand its event objectives and vision.
- Develop creative event concepts and proposals that align with company goals.
- Create comprehensive event plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Leverage an extensive network of vendors, suppliers, and partners to provide the best services and options.
- Oversee all logístical aspects, including venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, and audio-visual needs.
- Manage event budgets effectively, optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
- Utilize connections and partnerships to enhance event visibility and participation.
- Ensure guests have an exceptional experience through attention to detail and superior customer service.
- Gather feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate the event's success.
- Maintain post-event relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in event planning with a demonstrated network of valuable industry connections.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional creativity and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in event planning software and tools.

**Education**:

- Any graduate or post graduate can apply. A bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous

**Location**:Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
