JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop recruiting strategies that meet the expected staffing needs.
- Conduct preliminary interviews as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills,

training and education, and other basic hygiene checks need to do and inform them of the position’s duties and

responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews with Hiring Manager and to Seek opportunities to remove

obstacles and implements complex and unique recruiting approaches

- Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources.

**Technical skills required**
- Excel -Basics

- Must have ability to Research and Self Learning

Behavioral skills required
- should have a positive attitude
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire

may have Strong social aptitude to build relationships
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- 2 years of Corporate Recruitment experience
- Any graduation or post-graduation; a degree / training in relevant field will be a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
