**Responsibilities**:

- Input and update data into computer systems and databases using specified tools.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries, reviewing and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain data integrity and security by following company procedures and protocols.
- Organize and prioritize data entry tasks based on project requirements and deadlines.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation and minimize the risk of loss.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as requested by team leads or managers.
- Follow data entry guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies to safeguard sensitive information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data entry technologies and techniques.

**Skills**:

- **1+ Year proven experience as a data entry specialist**:

- **Proficient typing **and **data entry skills **with a **high level of accuracy**.
- Familiarity with basics of accounts is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
- **Data entry software **and **tools **like **Microsoft office**, **Google Sheets**, **databases**.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Familiarity with data management and quality assurance processes is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
