Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Telecaller** to join our team in the education sector. The primary role is to assist potential students by providing information about our courses, answering queries, and guiding them through the admissions process. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential students and parents, explaining our educational offerings, such as courses, fees, and admission processes.
- **Inbound Queries**: Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries related to courses, admissions, and other educational services.
- **Lead Generation**: Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into admissions.
- **Counseling**: Provide course counseling and help students select the right course based on their interests and career aspirations.
- **Data Management**: Maintain a database of student inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and answering questions.
- **Feedback**: Collect feedback from students and parents for continuous improvement in services.
- **Target Achievement**: Achieve monthly and quarterly admissions targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,714.45 per month
