**Job Description**:
APCA LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team. As an Accounting Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of accounting while working on the accounting needs of one of our clients. This internship offers a dynamic learning environment and exposure to various aspects of accounting and client management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform end-to-end accounting functions for one of our clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant accounting standards.
- Record financial transactions, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation in an organized and accessible manner.

*Collaborate with the client and respond to their inquiries or follow-up requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant taxation and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in meetings with clients and provide clear and effective communication on financial matters.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), or an MBA with a focus on Finance or Accounting.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts.

*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial records.

*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

*Proficiency in using accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

**Duration**:
This internship position is for a fixed term, typically [ 6 months]. There may be opportunities for extension or future employment based on performance and business needs.
