**Job Role**:
We are looking for a **Telecalling Executive (Payment Recovery)** to help us collect payments while maintaining good relationships with our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call customers to remind them about overdue payments.
- Resolve any issues related to bills or payments.
- Work with customers’ accounts or stores teams to clear payments.
- Maintain accurate payment records in our system.
- Analyze payment delays and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth payment processes.

**Who Can Apply?**
- **Education**: Preferably a graduate in Business, Commerce, or related fields.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years in payment collection, accounts receivable, or similar jobs.
- **Languages**: Must know English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- **Skills Needed**:

- Good communication and people skills.
- Ability to solve problems and stay organized.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping basics.
- Comfortable with ledger reconciliation.

**Job Details**:

- **Work Hours**: 10 AM to 6 PM
- **Location**: UBIXA Pvt. Ltd., Saturna, Badnera Road, Opp. Petrol Pump, Amravati, Maharashtra - 444607
- **Salary**: ₹15,000-20,000/month + performance bonuses
