IT Architecture (IAM) comprises the definition and management of enterprise architecture (including solution, security, process & information, and integration architecture), which aligns with and supports Nokia's business strategy, mode of operation, and business needs.
- Partners with business and IT on solution architecture design.
- Determines the technologies and proposes overall solution architecture based on enterprise architecture.
- Ensures technical integrity, consistency and quality of the solution.
- Solves complex technical problems and develops original and innovative solutions with impact on the business.
- Participates in defining and documenting detailed solution architectural and system designs.
- Updates solution design documents as needed based on actual implementations.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and SAP development teams for customizations.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of SAP MM experience with Minimum knowledge in SAP Field Glass.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in SAP MM configuration and customization. Ability to troubleshoot using ABAP debugging techniques.
- **Project Experience**: At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including system design, configuration, and deployment.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP MM functionalities, including customization of account determination, Inventory management, Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Physical inventory, Pricing, PR/PO release strategies.
- Experience in Rollouts, Upgrades and Support projects - Blueprinting, realization, testing, training, documentation, cut over activities & data uploading, go live and post go live support.
- Expert in handling the SAP MM Master data, transaction data and business processes (Preventive, Corrective, Turnarounds, Projects etc.)
- Hands-on experience in design and implementation of complex enhancements, reports, forms and interfaces with good knowledge on the integration aspects with PP, SD and FI modules.
- Better understanding of business processes in Logistics - Material Management & Inventory management.
- Expertise in designing business scenarios like PO/Outline agreements, RFQ, source list, info records, Scheduling agreement, Reservation, special procurements.
- Experience in the SAP MM with integration of cross-functional modules such as, Sales and Distribution (SD), Finance (FICO).
- Should be willing to work on multiple SAP projects such as Implementation, Migration and support projects
- Proficiency in ABAP debugging for troubleshooting purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyses and resolve complex issues.
- Certification in S4 HANA is an added advantage.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement recommendations for complex problems.
- **Communication Skills**: Proficient in influencing stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating with functional leadership.
