
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for potential buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on automobile industry trends, competitor products, and pricing.
- Assist customers with financing options and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain records of sales and follow up with customers post-sales.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure seamless customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in automobile sales or a similar field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Knowledge of automobile features, specifications, and pricing.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Valid driving license (if required).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in automobile sales will be an advantage.
