We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for the University. This role will involve collaborating with other departments, managing campaigns, and monitoring the success of marketing initiatives, will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will have direct oversight over junior marketing staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Could you collaborate with other departments to develop marketing plans and strategies that align with the University's goals and objectives?
- Manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, including budgeting, planning, and executing promotional initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Schools, advertisers, and vendors to ensure the Most Effective results.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and adjust campaigns as needed to optimize results.
- Oversee and mentor junior marketing staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Manage the University's social media accounts and oversee the content creation for those platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that deliver results.
- Strong knowledge of marketing trends and best practices, with the ability to identify new opportunities for the University.
- Good exposure to market and school connections, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
