**Required Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field

**Job duties and responsibilities**:

- Design and implement high-quality, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites that are responsive across multiple devices
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design patterns
- Work closely with the development team to ensure design implementation and performance
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions
- Continuously monitor and improve website performance and user experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies

**Skills Required**:

- At least 5 years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio of work showcasing website design projects
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, or sketch.
- Excellent understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Mobile app designing is a plus.

**Knowledge of the following will be considered an advantage**:

- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator
- Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization)
- WordPress development experience.
