**Location**: Lajpat Nagar - I, New Delhi (Near Metro Station)

**Shift Working**: Day Shift Only (10 AM to 6 PM)

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Working Days**: Sunday Weekly off; Casual and Earned leaves as per standard policy, Festivals off

**Salary & Benefits**: Upto ₹25,000.00 /month plus attractive performance-based incentives

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
As a Telesales Executive with us, your responsibilities would include:

- Making outbound calls on hot leads, counselling the students & parents and convincing them about the benefits and usefulness of the Company’s test preparation courses and converting them into paid users.
- Making appropriate entries in the CRM software.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time

**Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills for Telesales Executive Job**:

- **Languages**: Fluency in English & Hindi.
- **Skill Set**:Pleasing voice, excellent verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, call etiquettes, clear pronunciation, effective listening skills.
- **Education**: Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university.
- **Experience**: You should have experience of minimum 2-3 years as a Counsellor, Telesales Executive or BPO executive in an outbound voice-based sales process with a proven track record.
