**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies**:

- Optimize marketing campaigns to meet company objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**:

- Conduct keyword research, analyze competitors, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Ensure content is aligned with the brand’s voice and optimized for search engines and user engagement.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
- Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to stay relevant.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor, track, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketing automation platforms.
- Generate monthly reports showing key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI.
- **Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising**:

- Set up, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad networks.
- Analyze and adjust bids, ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:

- Work on improving website performance, usability, and conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user experience enhancements.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:

- Coordinate with design, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and user experience across all digital channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- **Stay Updated on Digital Marketing Trends**:

- Stay informed on industry trends, new digital marketing tools, and best practices to keep strategies up to date and competitive.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
