
Claims Handler

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate the claims process from first notification of loss to final settlement.
- Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate claims resolution.
- Advocate for clients by negotiating fair outcomes and ensuring policy entitlements are honored.
- Analyze claims trends and provide risk management advice to clients to help minimize future losses.
- Maintain detailed and compliant records of claims activity and communications.
- Keep up to date with changes in insurance regulations and claims handling procedures.
- Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders and support renewal and risk review processes.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-5+ years of experience in insurance claims management, preferably within a brokerage.
- Strong understanding of commercial and personal lines insurance products.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with insurance management systems and claims software.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CIP, ANZIIF, or equivalent) are an asset.
Pay: ₹10,703.68 - ₹30,744.61 per month
