**Customer service**: Ensuring customer satisfaction, managing escalations, and providing support
- **Team management**: Motivating and training the team, filling headcount gaps, and controlling attrition
- **Operations**: Ensuring compliance with operational standards, service level agreements, and zero tolerance policies
- **Financial management**: Budgeting, accounting, and cash management
- **Quality assurance**: Ensuring quality checks are performed on shipments and bags
- **Safety**: Ensuring the safety of people, facilities, and shipments
- **Reporting**: Preparing and sharing reports, including business dashboards and end-of-day reports
- **Compliance**: Adhering to commercial and statutory compliance
- **Environmental management**: Managing environmental bodies

Other responsibilities may include:

- Ensuring orders are moved out for delivery on the same day
- Reconciling inventory and petty cash
- Preparing rosters and assigning daily work
- Tracking undelivered shipments and calling customers
- Supporting the organization in adopting new policies and processe

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
