**Your Role**:

- **Marketing Automation**:Develop and implement marketing automation programs and campaigns to enhance engagement and ROI.
- **Martech Analysis**:Evaluate the current marketing technology stack from a people, process, and system perspective. Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on the analysis.
- **Solution Design**:Translate business requirements into innovative marketing solutions by leveraging digital platform capabilities.
- **Optimization**:Recommend and implement solutions to maximize the effectiveness of marketing technology.
- **Project Management**:Design, scope, and specify martech projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- **Framework Development**:Construct models and frameworks to simplify and structure complex situations.
- **Custom Solutions**:Manage the delivery of tailored solutions, including interfaces and system integrations.
- **Continuous Learning**:Stay updated on emerging techniques and technologies through research and learning.

**Your Profile**:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or HubSpot.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing platforms, enterprise-level systems integration, and IT initiatives.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management for handling data effectively.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with peers, teams, and leadership.

**Good To Have**:

- Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Expertise in API integration and ETL processes.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe certifications.
