This role will be based out of Chennai. Shift timings - Rotational Shifts - 12:30 -9:30 or 1:30 -10:30. **Purpose of the role** **Accountabilities** - Delivery and execution of HR operational activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys aligned with bank policies and regulations, including performance management, rewards, benefits and learning operations documentation, coordination, and administration. - On - and offboarding of new employees, (including orientation, documentation, coordination, exit interviews), knowledge transfer performance, rewards, learning operations and related administration. - Maintenance of colleague personal and reference data in relevant HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations, reporting and analytics. **Analyst Expectations** - To meet the needs of stakeholders/ customers through operational excellence and customer service - Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard - No people leadership roles at this grade. - Execute work requirements as identified in processes and procedures, collaborating with and impacting on the work of team members. - Identify escalation of policy breaches as required. - Take responsibility for customer service and operational execution tasks. - Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to.
