- rovide technical support and guidance to CAD/BIM technicians. S
- tay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD technology. R

- ver 15 years of experience as a Principal/Senior BIM Technician, specializing in structural engineering and drafting of Civil Bridges. P
- roficiency in Bentley software, including Microstation and ORD. P
- roficiency in Autodesk software, such as AutoCAD and Revit. S
- trong communication and problem-solving skills. P
- roject and Team management skills. S
- trong understanding of structural engineering principles and practices. E
- xcellent knowledge of reinforcement detailing. E
- xceptional attention to detail and accuracy. A
- bility to work collaboratively in a team environment. A
- bility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. L
- ead project setup by agreeing on drawing strategy, type, and size of drawings, and drawing numbering with the project engineer, and suggesting methods of drawing production to ensure efficiency. C
- oordinate engineering services on projects to ensure that the correct inputs are received timely and the outputs are issued after a thorough review. E
- nsure that work produced by the team adheres to specified WSP CAD standards and suggest revisions to standards as appropriate. R
- eview engineers' sketches and other design team members' drawings and details to identify any unbuildable or conflicting details or missing information. M
- aintain regular dialogue with the project engineer and US client team. B
- e responsible for sharing knowledge with immediate colleagues and the rest of the GCC. E
- nsure that all new skills learned are documented and available for new team members. I
- n conjunction with the GCC Local Head, identify skills shortages and develop a program for CAD/BIM training. H
