**Urgently** **required **a **Purchase Executive **who will be responsible for managing company's overall supply and purchase strategy to maximise the process efficiency and productivity & minimise shortages of items keeping the costs down. In addition, the executive will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good **relationships** with vendors and distributors. He will be responsible to do market research for **new items, new vendors, creating purchase orders, negotiating price, buying goods, inventory control & management, distribution, data accuracy and stocking strategies.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Overall function of materials planning & procurement.

Need to visit market for new items & vendors.

Collection of quotation and comparative analysis of quotation / Rates.

Price negotiation for items with existing as well as new vendors.

Availing discount and knowledge on market price of important items

Developing and maintaining good relationships with existing and new vendors and distributors.

Should be responsible for buying and delivery of goods with purchase orders.

Challan Entry, Physical Checking as per Challan Qty.

Need to maintain stocks, inventory control with data accuracy.

Maintaining hard copies & soft copies of Store Ledger.

Need to manage labor costs.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Negotiation & Accounting skills.

Ability to understand e-business systems & Business ethics.

The ability to recognise future trends.

Excellent commercial awareness.

Good Communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali

Confidence and presentation skills.

Ability to make decisions under pressure.

Should be at least graduate.
