**What this role is**

We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our unique and growing team of lead generation specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing lead volumes via paid social channels and directly supporting the Customer Acquisition Specialist by managing and maintaining advertising campaigns across social and search.

**What you will do**
- Execute media plans, including competitor analysis and audience research
- Lead the day-to-day supervision of the paid search programs including strategic approaches, bid recommendations, execution details, budgets/accounting and overall goal achievement
- Build campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on client KPI targets and baselines
- Optimize campaigns to reach set goals and KPIs
- Empower the creative department with paid media data to help them iterate and improve existing paid media creative assets
- Think creatively, research and develop tools and innovative tactics to improve efficiencies or advance the practice
- Stay current on industry trends, focusing on how changes can help improve offerings to accounts and enhance our overall practice

**What you will need**
- Any undergrad or higher degree from a reputed university with 55%+ marks
- We want a free thinker who isn’t afraid to speak their mind and contribute to the success of the company and our clients
- We need a self-starter who can take limited direction and run with it
- 1+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with an emphasis on paid social and/or paid search
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Active interest in keeping up with the paid media industry and the latest trends
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
- Experience with creative asset optimization in the context of paid media
- Experience with Excel in the context of paid media, i.e. vlookups, pivot tables, etc
- Any paid media certifications like Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
