**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce our range of financial services, including investments, trading, and mutual funds.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a high level of customer engagement.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential leads through research, cold calling, and follow-up activities to generate business opportunities.
- **Explain Services**: Clearly explain the benefits and features of our financial products and services to clients and prospects.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule meetings and calls for senior advisors or business development teams with qualified leads.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct timely follow-ups with interested clients, ensuring effective conversion of leads into customers.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and sales efforts in CRM systems.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams to improve service offerings.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to handle client objections effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and handle rejections confidently.

Pay: ₹8,369.11 - ₹20,947.02 per month
