**Must Have**: Excellent English communication skills

**What You’ll Do**:

- Call US insurance companies on behalf of doctors
- Analyze and follow up on pending medical claims
- Take action on patient accounts and update systems
- Ensure accuracy in insurance details
- Escalate complex cases when needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Clear English (verbal & written)
- Positive attitude & team player
- Willing to work night shifts (mandatory)
