**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counselling**:

- Provide one-on-one counselling to students on international education options based on their academic background, career goals, and financial situation.
- Assist students in choosing appropriate courses and universities.
- **Application Management**:

- Review and edit Statements of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and CVs.
- **Visa Guidance**:

- Keep up-to-date with visa regulations for various countries.
- **Follow-up and Support**:

- Maintain regular contact with students and ensure they are informed at each step.
- Support pre-departure briefings, accommodation assistance, and travel arrangements.
- **Marketing and Outreach**:

- Conduct seminars, webinars, school visits, and education fairs to promote study abroad opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with university representatives, agents, and partners.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare regular reports and meet enrolment targets.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s preferred.
- Prior experience (1-3 years) in student counselling, preferably in overseas education.
- Knowledge of international education systems and visa procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with students.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

**Preferred**:

- Certifications in counselling or education consulting.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Experience studying or working abroad.
