**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance DAIS’s online presence and reach.
- **Content Creation**: Create compelling and high-quality video content for various digital platforms, including social media, YouTube, and our website.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow DAIS’s social media channels by creating, scheduling, and publishing content that drives engagement and growth.
- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the content, design, and events teams to ensure marketing efforts align with DAIS’s vision and goals.
- **Video Creator**: Plan, shoot, and edit videos that highlight DAIS’s initiatives, success stories, and other engaging content.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and video content creation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools).
- Strong video production skills, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Proficient in using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
