- B.Com / M.Com / BA/ MA in Economics, Statistics**Experience**:

- 2 - 3 years in M&E or MIS**Salary**:

- INR Rs. 4.2 - 4.8 LacsOther eligibility criteria
- A belief in the role of M&E to ensure optimal productivity and performance
- A keen desire for direct action, rolling up your sleeves, dirtying your hands and being on the frontlines of change and transformation
- Ability to analyze and understand data and draw key inferences
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to adapt and work respectfully with a diverse set of partners.
- Willingness to travel and work in rural communities.
- Have initiative and drive to ideate and create new ways to achieve our goals.
- Recognize that large scale social transformation is slow and requires persistence and self-belief.

Detailed Job Description
- Assist in developing annual **Result Based Monitoring** framework for developmental interventions in the organization
- Support Internal program audit function in preparing customized outcomes in measuring results.
- Provide feedback to program teams on projects’ performance based on monitoring data findings
- Conduct the baseline, midterm & end line studies to measure the outcome / impact of the developmental interventions.
- Provide support to the Program teams in ensuring periodic renewals of regulatory compliance/ license/etc.
- Respond to inquiries form a variety of internal and external parties for the purpose of providing information, facilitation communication among parties and /or providing directions
