DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

Job Responsibilities:
Ø Install and maintain the performance of database servers.

Ø Develop processes for optimizing database security.

Ø Manage database access.

Ø Performance tuning of database systems.

Ø Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors.

Ø Create and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards.

Ø Create automation for repeating database tasks.

Ø Be available for on-call support as needed.

Ø Strong command of SQL and SQL server tools

Ø Advanced knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, and performance

Ø monitoring standards

Ø Understanding of relational and dimensional data modelling

Ø PowerShell and Unix shell scripting skills

Ø Familiarity with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Integration Services SSIS, SQL

Ø Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

Education and Experience Requirements:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

Ø One to three years of experience in database administration, information technology,

Ø database architecture, or a related field

Ø MCSE/MCSA certifications preferred

Ø Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments

Ø Extensive experience with database technologies (MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL Oracle,

Ø MongoDB)

Ø Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure) a plus

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ø Impeccable attention to detail

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
