**Operations Executive**:
**Position: Operations Executive**

**Job Location**: [Raipur]

**Reports To**: Operations Manager/Head of Operations

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Support**: Coordinate and oversee daily operations within the company or specific departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- **Process Improvement**: Assist in analyzing current operational processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- **Inventory & Supply Chain Management**: Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement, and ensure the timely delivery of products/services.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of inventory, operations, and key performance metrics. Generate reports for management review.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with various teams, including logistics, customer service, and sales, to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve operational issues, customer complaints, or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that operations adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Organize and schedule resources, employees, and tasks to meet operational needs and deadlines.
- **Vendor & Supplier Relations**: Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers to ensure timely deliveries and service fulfillment.
- **Budgeting & Cost Control**: Assist in managing operational budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- **Customer Service Support**: Work closely with customer service teams to resolve operational issues related to product deliveries or service performance.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in operations or administration roles, preferably in [industry].
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent operational software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
