**Role Overview**

We’re seeking a talented **Graphic Designer** to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll translate concepts into compelling visuals that elevate our brand and drive engagement across digital and print channels. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and UX teams to craft designs that align with our strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across every touchpoint.
- **Digital Assets**: Create web and digital graphics (banners, ads, icons, infographics, animations) optimized for performance and responsive layouts.
- **Print Production**: Prepare print-ready files—flyers, posters, packaging, stationery—liaising with vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- **UX/UI Support**: Collaborate with UX designers and developers on user interface mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes when needed.
- **Revisions & Feedback**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders efficiently, managing multiple iterations and maintaining version control.
- **Project Management**: Estimate effort, manage deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up to date on design trends, tools, software, and best practices; recommend innovative ideas to elevate our creative work.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of professional experience in an agency or in-house design team.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with motion-design tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for digital design.
- **Design Skills**:

- Strong typography, color theory, and layout abilities.
- Ability to create clear, compelling visual hierarchies.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
- Time management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving.
