**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations to management.

Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure continuous engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Any graduate (preferred background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
