**Our Cient is a** Manufacturer and Exporter of Speciality Chemicals catering to various segments such as Agro Chemicals, Bio Fertilizers, Pesticides, Growth Regulators and more.
**SALES COORDINATOR**
Job Location: KURLA WEST
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Min. 3 Years’ in handling below profile
**Job responsibilities**:
1. Assist & coordinate with the sales team for managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
2. Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
3. Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
4. Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
5. Work closely with the Sales team for preparation & submission of sales report and other monthly reports in excel formats.
6. Monitoring team’s progress and keeping follow up of Appointments.
7. Preparing presentation for meetings and other specific meeting formats as required by sales department heads.
