Executive - Human Resources will co-ordinate, support and assist Head-HR, in managing and administration of the human resources policies, procedures, programs and help co-ordinate the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Office.
The incumbent assists and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, and productivity standards, goal attainment, recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
The incumbent, under the directions and limited supervision of Head-HR, has the ongoing accountability to develop best in class people practices for the continuous improvement and development of SIPL
**Key Performance Indicators - KPI**
- **Handling Spine HRMS**:
Creating employee ID & Spine credentials for new employee & allot them login details to the employees to check their attendance, leaves, benefits, payslip status, and other information online
HRMS training to employee, and resolve any other query of employee regarding HRMS etc.
Maintaining Attendance & leave record for all on roll employee
- **HR Coordinator**:
Employee biometric registration in attendance machine (AVI-Infotech)
Preparing & sending letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer, Increment and Reliving & Experience)
Co-ordination with staff employee for joining formalities
Employee registration under the ESIC portal
Monitoring confirmation of employees
Maintain & update Attendance & leave record for all retainer & interns
Prepare & Process salary sheet for retainers & interns
Completing the exit formalities and Full & Final settlement procedure.
Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Updating Employee master database
Such other day to day activities as may be assigned from time to time
Support other functions as assigned
- **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES**
Knowledge of latest HR Practices in the market
Basic computer knowledge with understanding of technology to guide implementation.
Knowledge of statutory framework.
