Job Description:
1. Prepare the plan for plantation, Horticulture and Livelihood Works of the GPs in the Gram Sabha.
2. Prepare Design, Plan and Estimates of Works.
3. Provide layout of the works and monitor the works execution and completion.
4. Activity Work to create social Awareness about rights and entitlements of MGNREGS.
6. Report to Block Office on time and carrying out daily basis activities and maintaining records on daily basis.
7. To undertake the prescribed activities in order to achieve timely deliverables of the project.
8. To Involve in Project Planning, Project Facilitation, Evaluation, Reporting & Documentation.
9. To help in Data Collection and & Planning Of new /Existing Interventions.
10. To involve in research & Consultancy works as per Need of the Organisation.
11. To attend in higher official meetings and liaison with Govt. & Non-Govt. officers, Corporate House and Institutions.
12. Preparation of Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly Training Plans as per the need of the project and execution of the same.
13. Providing assistance to other colleagues and sub ordinates in holding trainings and providing hand holding support.
14. To Plan & Organize Training, Workshop, Exposure.
15. Providing assistance to colleagues in preparation of training materials, modules & schedules.
16. Rigorous visit to the field area and monitor the proper implementation of relevant Project Activity.
17. Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting To the HO. Preparation of Case Studies of the Project.
18. Representing the organization at District/ State Level as & when required.
19. Prepare and submit timely reports.
20. Any other work assigned as and when by Social Action for Rural Development.

Required Qualification :Master’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Veterinary Sciences with Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
