**About the Role**

In this role you will be assisting the accounting and finance team at St Jude’s Health Services. St Jude’s is one of the leading health care providers in Australia. Your primary responsibilities include assisting with payroll, accounting and bookkeeping, accounts payable, receivable and cash management. The day-to-day duties include:

- Processing of bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliations and journal entries adhering to the timeline.
- Reconciliation of general ledger and sub ledger accounts.
- Processing invoices into our accounting system for all business units matching Purchase Orders where required.
- Processing invoices for approvals per Delegation of Authority and follow up on pending or rejected approvals.
- Setting up new vendors and staff into the payroll system
- Adhoc jobs as advised by the supervisor
- Liaising with finance department and assisting with various accounting tasks assigned by the client
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- B-com/M-com or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- High level of attention to detail, analytical ability, well-developed financial modelling, and proven technical skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve issues to resolution.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (English).
- The ability to liaise, consult and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound working knowledge of PC-based accounting systems, financial decisions support tools, financial report writers, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- A results-orientated mind set.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
