BNC has been exclusively mandated to recruit for an experienced **SOX ITGC Consultant** for one of our prestigious Big 4 clients, based at **Gurgaon office.**This is a **permanent opportunity** and we are looking for **immediate joiners.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct IT General Controls (ITGC) assessments as per SOX 404 requirements.
- Review and test key controls related to IT processes, including access management, change management, and operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external audit teams to support control testing and remediation efforts.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation in line with client and regulatory requirements.
- Provide recommendations for control improvements and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand control environment and assist in enhancing compliance.

**Key Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience in SOX Testing, ITGC audits, and IT risk assessments.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred and join within 15 days.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
