**Job Summary**

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the hotel. They coordinate with team members to maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service efficiency, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Supervision and Training**:

- Supervise and direct housekeeping staff, conducting daily briefings and assigning tasks.
- Train new and current staff on hotel standards, safety protocols, and cleaning techniques.
- Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
- Address and resolve guest complaints regarding room and facility cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, and ensure timely restocking.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Coordinate room cleaning schedules with the Front Office for timely check-ins and check-outs.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any repair needs in guest rooms and public areas.
- Organize deep cleaning schedules and ensure their completion as required.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure staff follows safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Promote hygiene and safety standards to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
- Conduct training on lost and found procedures and ensure compliance.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare housekeeping reports, including inventory updates, maintenance requests, and staffing needs.
- Assist in developing housekeeping policies and procedures to improve service efficiency.
- Schedule housekeeping staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and health and safety standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
