Being an out-of-the box" thinker, you should be able to create powerful, impactful, clean, and audience-targeted designs and create assets of highest standards to help OnePlus share its message worldwide, visually. **Main responsibilities**: - Understand OnePlus brand identity and implement them on marketing creative assets - Responsible for conceptualising and designing digital advertising, branding materials, social/digital content and print ads. - Work collaboratively with other teams to come up with directed marketing materials, meeting deadlines and working with constraints efficiently **What do we expect from you?** - 6 to 10 Yrs experience in graphic designing - Demonstrated ability and good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Experience working with brand guidelines - Collaborate with other departments to ensure designs meet company goals - Design and implement design strategies to ensure high-quality design work - Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques, and incorporate them into designs as appropriate - Manage relationships with external vendors, such as printers or freelancers, as needed - Conduct market research and analyze data to inform design decisions - Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into designs as appropriate - Bachelors degree in Design or related field - Video editing & Illustration skill is a plus
