Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and support franchisee and Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) operations in the

assigned area.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies across all outlets.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective management strategies.
- Develop and implement training programs for franchisees and outlet staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify and execute opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- New franchisee acquisitions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree/ preferably MBA.
- Proven experience in retail management or franchise operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and market trends.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
