**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant
**Location**: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad
**Salary**: Up to 18,000 based on experience
**Responsibilities**:
- **Documentation**: Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations. Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage calendars and schedules effectively.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and update data in databases and systems. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
- **Office Management**: Assist in office organization and maintenance. Order supplies, manage inventory, and ensure a tidy and welcoming office environment.
- **Support**: Provide HR support as needed. Handle inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
