As a Quality Assurance (QA) Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring that organizational processes are aligned with international quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 etc. and CMMI Level 3/5. This is a great opportunity to gain real-time exposure to industry-leading quality and compliance frameworks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in defining, documenting, and evaluating business and software development processes in organization
- Conduct internal process audits to ensure teams follow defined procedures
- Perform compliance checks against ISO and CMMI standards
- Review documentation such as organization business continuity, project plans, risk logs, test cases, and metrics
- Identify process gaps, non-conformities, and suggest corrective actions for management
- Support continuous improvement by collecting feedback and updating processes
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance process maturity and quality culture
