**Job Title: Under Water Services Operator**
- Co-ordinate with Underwater service vendors, agents, Ops, Owners to confirm and monitor underwater inspections / cleaning.
- Vendor Management
- Keep detailed quality matrix of core vendors across the globe, stay up to date with all their protocols, equipment, surcharges and restrictions.
- Port Management - Keep up to date with all the latest port restrictions with respect to underwater services. Ensure you always are providing the latest information to Ops when called upon.
- Monitor each fixture thoroughly and be ready to step in between Ops and the Agents whenever difficulties become apparent with the job.
- Monthly reporting of key stats and figures
- Obtaining quotes from vendors promptly and passing to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 years experience in operations or 3 years experience at a local Agency.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (in English)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good teamwork
- Operations (even if limited) is necessary. Shipping Operations, Port Agency, Underwater Service company. We need to find someone who understands the need for quick decision making.
- Personality - must be communicative, proactive, young, keen to impress.
