**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and administer Dell EMC storage systems (PowerMax, VMAX, PMAX, Unity, ECS).
- Perform day-to-day storage provisioning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and manage storage replication, snapshots, and data protection strategies.
- Collaborate with backup, network, and server teams for seamless infrastructure integration.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues or capacity limitations.
- Maintain documentation of storage configurations, procedures, and support tasks.
- Support disaster recovery planning and testing.

**Primary Skills**:

- Dell EMC PowerMax/NetApp Administration
- Dell EMC ISILON; ECS; UNITY; PMAX Storage administration, NetApp Administration.
- Isilon & Unity NAS Admin.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Cisco SAN switches administration.

- Knowledge on automation / scripting.
- ITIL process knowledge Performance Analysis / troubleshooting / fine tuning.
