**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assign workloads & shift schedules to team members as per dispatch plan.
- Prepare, follow and close quality & dispatch documents which helps for hassle free dispatch.
- Coordinate with admin and stores team to make invoices, e-way bills and DCs.
- Coordinate & arrange transportation to move and receive components from supplier end.
- Monthly prepare, request and receive required materials (Consumables, Packing boxes, Fasteners, etc.,) for dispatch from stores department.
- Notify manager & troubleshoot any issues raised in dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch documentations.
- Complete and update day to day task assigned by manager.
- Ensuring and maintaining safe work environment.
- Monitor & report daily team efficiency to manager.
- 5s maintenance and keep work place clean.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Experience: 2-5year experience
- Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
