Sales Representative

**Job Title: Sales Associate - OnePlus Store (Kangra, Himachal Pradesh)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting OnePlus products and provide excellent service.
- Demonstrate product features and ensure an engaging in-store experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Maintain store display, stock, and overall cleanliness.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions.
- Process billing and manage cash/card transactions.
- Stay updated on the latest OnePlus products and offers.
- Coordinate with the store manager for daily operations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for technology and customer service.
- Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
