**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Architecting solutions for Apache Hadoop/Cloudera/Hortonworks distributionsoPerformance optimization of Hadoop platform and Big Data pipelines along with core activities like cluster setup/upgrades/operationExperience in scripting, automation, deployment, set up and installation, trouble shooting and fixing issues across platformse.g., Python/Scala,shell scripting,knowledge on CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, AnsibleoHands-on experience with databases, ETL, distributed & dedicated data processing, data lakes,datamarts, data warehouse etc.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Architecting large scale Big Data/Analytics solutionsoDesign,build and deploy cloud solutions(Compute, Network, Storage, and Security)oGood knowledge on Data modelling, Data Governance, Data Securityand DevOpsoGood knowledge of ETL, Persistence, Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, Pub/Sub pipelines and Data Quality engineeringoGood knowledge ofBig Data ecosystem, NoSQL and Relational DatabasesoKnowledge of buildinganalytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metricsoAssemble large, complex datasets that meet functional / non-functional business requirementsoIdentify, design, and implement internal process improvements-automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.Education & Certifications:(anycombination of the following)oCollegeDegree in Computer Science or Data ScienceoCertified Cloud Architect (Google Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect -Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional)-Azure Data EngineerCertification-AWS Certified Data Analytics Certification-Google Cloud Prof Data Engineer Certification-Cloudera Certified Processional -CCP Data Engineer
