**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and supervise the timely arrival of scheduled labour, with aware of unforeseen challenges such as scheduling.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Giving instructions or orders to labour.
- Supervising material dispatching and loading.
- Good Knowledge in Material Handling.
- Reviewing quality of purchased products.
- The responsibilities of labour supervisor are work allocation, maintaining daily performance records and field inspection of assigned work.

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor's degree in management or other relevant industry field is preferred.
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
