**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, optimized for search engines (SEO), and regularly updated with relevant content.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify target audiences and refine marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Explore and experiment with emerging digital marketing tools and platforms to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing, with a focus on creating and executing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative and impactful digital marketing ideas.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management is a plus.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
