- Overall 6-8+ years of software development experience
- Experience in working with Sitecore Experience Platform
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing aspects of Sitecore eg: Analytics, Campaign
- Management, SEO, etc
- Experience in designing multichannel distribution & social channels.
- Ability to evaluate current state of architecture, platform and provide architectural
- recommendations to improve performance, scalability and reliability.
- Good experience in Sitecore performance tuning
- Should have rich experience in data migration and have worked in a highly integrated
- Should possess in-depth knowledge in.NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC
- Should possess in-depth knowledge on RDBMS like SQL Server or Oracle and experience
- in NoSQL like Mongo or Couchbase or something similar
- Experience in configuring and managing IIS
- Good knowledge in unit testing and should be familiar with unit testing frameworks like
- nUnit
- Understand business needs and convert business requirements into a design & ability to
- see through the modular issues
- Experienced in planning, estimation, delivery model, customer facing roles and effective
- client interaction skills.
- Good knowledge in Front-end development involving HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- Proficiency in any front-end library/framework like Angular, React, Vue.js would be an
- added advantage
