Site Supervisor

**Job Title**:Site Supervisor - Interior Fit-Out

**Location**:Diphu, Assam

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Reports to**: Project Manager/Senior Site Engineer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and specifications.
- Ensure the site is organized and maintains a safe work environment.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Coordinate and manage trades and labor to meet project deadlines.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
- Ensure all work is executed in compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and client specifications.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure work quality.
- Implement and enforce all safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct safety audits and toolbox talks with workers.
- Ensure proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is used on-site at all times.
- Maintain daily site logs and track progress reports.
- Report any deviations, delays, or potential issues to the Project Manager.
- Keep records of materials used, workforce, and equipment on-site.
- Act as the point of contact for clients and attend meetings to provide updates on site progress.
- Address client queries and concerns and ensure their requirements are being met.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the quality of work.
- Quickly assess site issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and resolve logístical, operational, and technical challenges efficiently.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate on-site workers and ensure effective teamwork.
- Delegate tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Certification in Interior Design or Fit-Out Management is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior design standards.
- Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to work on-site in Tirupati and travel if necessary.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
