**Job Title**: Office cum Sales Coordinator
**Location**: Chinar Park Kolkata
**Reports To**: Managing Director / Sales Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Key Responsibilities:Office Coordination**:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and housekeeping oversight.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and internal coordination.
- Support the MD and other senior staff with administrative requirements.
**Sales Coordination**:
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and proposals for clients.
- Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and trackers.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Follow up with clients for payments, queries, or documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pending tasks.
- Handle client communication with clarity, professionalism, and promptness.
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Business preferred).
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in office administration and/or sales coordination.
- Proficient in **MS Office** (especially **Excel, Word, and Outlook**).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Should be organized, reliable, and presentable.
**Salary**: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month

**Other Requirements**:
- Must be located within [Insert commuting range, e.g., 30-45 minutes] of the office.
- Should have a stable work history and good references.
- Open to taking initiative and learning on the job.
